WASH, DRY AND FOLD SERVICE

Although we primarily serve commercial clients, we also offer a wash, dry and fold service for local residents and visitors to the area, subject to availability.

SERVICE IS AVAILABLE ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS (advance bookings are not available)

Prices start from £15 (£12 for very small bags) including VAT

Please allow a minimum of 2–3 hours for your laundry to be processed. Alternatively, you are welcome to leave it with us and collect it the following day.

Please note: June to September is our busiest period, and longer waits may apply. Where possible, we kindly ask customers to avoid Mondays.

• Clothing is washed at 40°C; towels and bed linen are washed at 60°C.
• Mixed loads are washed at 40°C.
• If a lower-temperature wash at 30°C is requested, laundry sanitiser will be added.
• Cold-water washes are not available.
• Please let us know if you prefer non-bio detergent. Ecover is also available.
• Customers must advise staff if any items require low-temperature tumble drying or must not be tumble dried.
• If separate dark and light washes are required, items must be pre-sorted into separate bags. This will normally be charged as two loads, unless the quantities are very small.
• Although every effort is made to care for your laundry, we cannot accept responsibility for colourfastness or shrinkage. Colour-catcher sheets can be used upon request.
• The laundry cannot accept responsibility for colours running or fading, or for the loss of or damage to buttons and buckles.
• Customers are responsible for checking and emptying all pockets before washing, particularly of coins, vapes, lighters and paper tissues.
